ArticleOS is an automated blogging platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate, score, and publish content to Google Blogger blogs. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that all content published through the Service complies with applicable laws
• Not sharing your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ArticleOS to:

• Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. AI-Generated Content

ArticleOS uses OpenAI's GPT-4o to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
• ArticleOS does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of generated content
• You own the content generated through your account

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArticleOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
